To nominate a skilled worker under the direct entry stream of the Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS) with the Department of Home Affairs the employer and nominated position must be assessed by a regional certifying body (RCB).
The Department of Training and Workforce Development, through Western Australia Migration Services, is the regional certifying body for Western Australia (excluding the Perth metropolitan area and the Goldfields-Esperance region).
To be assessed for certification by WA Migration Services, applications must demonstrate the following criteria. Where documents are submitted as supporting evidence, they should be provided as high quality colour copies of the original documents.

Once the assessment has been completed, the nominator will receive an email with the outcome and a signed Form 1404 which is then used in your application to the Department of Home Affairs.
