This visa allows regional employers to sponsor skilled workers for a full time vacancy where employers are unable to source an appropriately skilled Australian worker.
To be eligible, you must meet the Department of Home Affairs requirements:
be nominated by an approved work sponsor;
have an occupation on the relevant list;
have a suitable skills assessment for your occupation;
be under 45 years old; and
meet the minimum English language requirements.

There are three streams available under this visa:
A Regional Certifying Body (RCB) must assess applications for the employer sponsored visa stream. The Department of Training and Workforce Development, through WA Migration Services, is the RCB for all of Western Australia, except the Goldfields–Esperance region.
